Linköping University has 25000 students and 3500 employees, and is one of the major research and education sites in Sweden.

The Organic Electronics group at LIU consist of 19 individuals; 12 PhD students, 2 postdocs, 2 postdoctoral fellows (research assistants), one assistant professor, one administrator and one professor. The activity of the group treats three areas: printed electronics, electrochemical devices and solid state devices based on organic materials. The Organic Electronics group share a clean room and printing technology laboratory with Acreo institute at the Campus Norrköping. This clean room laboratory is devoted to the development and studies of large area electronics. In addition, the laboratory also includes PEA (Printed Electronics Arena) Manufacturing, a lab hosting several web- and sheet-fed printing presses, coaters and also post processing machinery. In addition, the Campus Norrköping lab also hosts a wide range of investigations tools, such as microscopes, electric characterisation and parameterisation tools and material characterisation equipments.
